Database Manager at Carlson Wagonlit Travel (Diemen, the Netherlands)
What started out as a job beside my studies turned into a challenging position. In only 2 weeks I had to become familiar with the organization, products and the sales proces as my colleague was going on maternity leave.

Following projects such as 3 major tenders (travel spending 4+ million in Europe) and the implementation of a major international client (turnover 30 million in 10 European countries) I dedicated more time to special projects within the sales department:
Co-development of the LEADS 2 CASH program for internal tips on possible leads.
Database development for a 2,000 tease letters salesboost which resulted in an excellent positioning of 2 new products.
Increased interest for and use of the existing CRM MarketMaker. During the coming year its use will be extended to all major departments to streamline customer communication and enhance its information structure.
